Forestry Supervisor

Clarence has been the Forestry Supervior and the Invasive Plant Crew Worker for 12 years (for as long as forestry has been happening).  He is responsible for preventing the spread of invasive plants that may damage the ecological systems within the The Sc'ianew (Cheanuh) First Nations lands through early detection and control.  He ensures appropriate safety measures are met and immediately informs the Band Administrator of any and all safety related threats.  He is 121 Board member.  He has training in First Aid 1 and 2.  He has a certificate for the WCMRC Training Western Maritime - Small non pleasure vessel Basic Safety (MED A3). His aspirations for the community is to see more activities for the kids.  Reaching for goals outside of the community, keeping busy and being active.
